We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator who can support the international sales and marketing team’s activities. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.
Responsibilities and duties
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products;
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed;
- Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations;
- Support multinational English meetings and assist in English language communication with clients, vendors, and engineers.
- Review and occasionally translate English documents
- Other sales support tasks as requested by the sales manager.
Qualifications and skills
- University or associates Degree;
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Ability to work and communicate well others;

Working days/hours: Mondays to Fridays - 8:45 - 17:15
