Authentrip, is an overseas travel and tour agency that looks to give back to these local communities of Japan by sharing these strengths with interested visitors, and in that way building a stronger society for Japan and abroad.

We are looking for experienced (or eager) sales and marketing people to help promote our vacation products. The position entails soliciting and responding to inquiries from customers (mostly by email), marketing via SNS and SEO, planning new tours and itineraries, as well as attending business and networking events in Japan and internationally. Some translation and interpreting work is required. An overall knowledge of general online and social media marketing strategies and services is a definite plus for this job in order to sell tourism products for the travel site Authentrip.jp

Duties:
・Sales activities to overseas travel agencies, sharing information with vendors and clients
(primarily using email.)
・Overall activities to sell tour products for the travel site Authentrip
(Management of site information, user registration, SEO, inquiries from customers, SNS management, other general operations)
· Sales representation at tourism business meetings held in Japan and overseas
· Planning of new tours, field survey, location scouting, translation and interpreting services
· Advice for regional tourism promotion
· General marketing activities to improve the above results

Guide duties are not generally included. Because this role is focused on Internet promotion and customer correspondence work from within the office. So those who are efficient and skilled at digital communication will be able to make full use of their skills.

Requirements:
・Three years experience in a professional business setting preferred.
・Business-level English required
・Fluent conversational Japanese required
(At the level equivalent to N1, N2)
・For those in their 20s and 30s
(we strongly encourage and seek long-term career growth for satisfied employees)
・Work in Osaka city (Higobashi station)
・Monday to Friday 09: 30 ~ 18: 00
(Including 1 hour break) Some irregular weekend work compensated by a weekday holiday

【仕事内容】
海外の旅行代理店への営業活動、情報提供活動（主にメールを使用しての活動となります。）
・旅行サイトAuthentripによるツアー商品の販売活動
　（サイト情報の管理、登録作業、SEO対策、顧客からの問合せ対応、SNSを活用した情報発信、その他サイト運営全般）
・国内、海外で行われる旅行商談会等での営業活動
・新規ツアーの企画、現地調査及び翻訳業務、通訳業務
・地域の観光振興のためのアドバイス業務
・上記の成果をあげるためのマーケティング活動全般
なお、ガイド業務等は基本的にはありません。
オフィス内でインターネット等によるネットプロモーションや顧客対応業務が中心となるため、情報発信が得意な方は、スキルを活かすことができます。



【求めるスキル】
・インターネットでの情報発信スキル
・英語がネイティブまたはネイティブレベルの方。
・日本語は日常会話程度のレベルがある方。
（N1、N2相当レベルで）
・オフィスワーク経験が２年以上ある方。
（母国、日本問わない）
・20～30代の方（長期勤続によるキャリア形成を図るため）
・マーケティング戦略を主体的に立案し、創意工夫をこらして実行できる人

【待遇】
・勤務地：大阪市内（最寄り駅：地下鉄四つ橋線肥後橋駅）
・勤務時間：月曜日～金曜日の09：30～18：00
（休憩1時間含む）
年に数回、土日出勤に振り替える可能性があります。その場合は、平日に代休としてお休みをとっていただきます。
・給与：月給22万～25万円（社会保険等を含んだ金額）
・賞与：業績に応じ年２回支給の可能性あり
