Responsibilities
● Management of partner accounts to facilitate smooth procurement, deliveries, and streaming of premium movie and TV content on the service.
○ Target region: Territories in Asia Pacific (JP, KR, AU, IN, HK, TW, ID, SEA)
○ Partners include: Movie Studios, Theatrical Distributors, Digital Aggregators, TV Networks,
PostProduction Houses, Digital Encoding Houses
● Education of Service specific and Industry standard workflows
○ Provide end to end technical, operational and relationship support for partners
○ Proactively introducing and onboarding partners to global standard specs and workflows
● Influencing product strategy, developing scalable product tools, and onboarding new partners
● Data optimization, mainly of title-specific metadata (windows, pricing, etc.)
● Flexible, prompt handling of partner requests, either through email, phone, or in-person
● Working directly in sync with Business Development and Merchandising teams to make a better
storefront for endusers
● Analysis of operational efficiency and communication improvements
● Escalating partner requests and interfacing with Business Development on a regular basis
● Holding regular meetings (either by video or in-person) with partners
● Driving global team-wide operational initiatives within given territory
Minimum Qualifications
● Language
○ English (Business level)
○ Japanese (Native level)
● Highly interested in Film/TV and the Internet
● Quick learner; high adaptability due to frequent internal workflow/tool changes
● Friendly and helpful demeanor
● Excel Skills: Intermediate
Additional Qualifications
● Client / Partner Management experience
● Keen sense of respect towards clients/partners
● Experience working with cross-functional teams
● Self-reliance and ability to take action without direct instructions
