Company description
theo eyewear is an International company based on Belgium that carries a long history and relationships with high-end optical stores all over the world. Currently we are looking for a Brand Ambassador to work as an Independent Sales Account Manager that will report to the Headquarters.

Function description
- The ideal candidate will work independently as a Sales Account Manager that will grow the market in Japan
- You will continue the story by being the link between the local shop in Japan and the Belgium Headquarters, reporting strategy and sales periodically.
- Focusing on high-end clientele, you will assess clients on styles and trends to differentiate the brand.
- Work together with partners and grow their customers’ businesses.
- Visit more 2 or more times a year your clients to ensure customer service and high satisfaction levels.
- Will be be part of theo's community consisting of colleagues/friends/ambassadors at leading optical exhibitions.
- All the support you need will be provided by the company and the team behind the brand

Showing off with a quick increase of sales will not impress us, that’s not our style. Much more important are your relations and partnerships in the long term. We can’t tell it enough: we’re not looking for another salesman. We are looking for a consultant, an advisor who can build a strong partnership with our clients and who’s able to find a way to make their business grow.

Personality Profile
- You are familiar and comfortable working independently as a sales agent / brand ambassador with experience contacting and building B2B relationships with relevant vendors and clients.
- You have previous experience reaching sales targets with minimal supervision.
- You aim for a long-term relationship with your clients.
- You demonstrate passion for our brand and demonstrate a unique understanding for fashion, design & style.
- You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and to help your clients the best you can.
- You can get along with people in every situation.
- You can express yourself in English and Japanese comfortably.
