Description
Sales Support (supporting Japan market)
The incumbent will be tasked to input data into systems, application and tools, consolidating and matching information for input.
Validate information entered and possibly locate data errors to be able to execute data management request.
Virtual Customer Support Specialist (supporting Japan market)
The hired personnel will attend to customer’s queries pertaining to products, warranty claims, repair claims, replacement requests, enquiries, complaints and follow thru until action is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
