Seeking outgoing service minded person to join our team. The Receptionist is the first and last impression of our Club.
DUTIES
Under the general supervision of Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor, the position is responsible for attending to members and guests inquiries, answer incoming telephones, issuing parking permits, receiving members and guests payments, and assisting with Membership services.
Work hours is 9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm 2 to 3 days a week with one hour lunch break. YC&AC provides staff meal for all employees.
The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests.
