Founded in 2002, Niseko Real Estate has consistently been at the forefront of the Niseko property market, with strong ties to both the local community, as well as to the overseas client market.
NRE is now seeking a suitable candidate to add to our small but dynamic real estate sales team. Focus will be on real estate sales and marketing, client development, and project consulting, and successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following skills / attributes
- High level of personal and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible attitude with the ability to adapt and prioritize
- Enjoy working as a team, yet able to operate and achieve goals independently
Qualifications and requirements
- Business level English OR Business level Japanese is required (bilinguals also welcome)
- At least 2 years sales / marketing experience preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Valid work visa
Remuneration
Base salary plus commission-based bonus (uncapped)
