We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented people to join our multinational sales team. Any nationals who can speak English, Spanish or Mongolian are welcome.

Job description

The successful candidate will be supported through our extensive training and mentoring system so that they will feel confident in:

 Following up inquiries from potential customers
 Communicating and negotiating with customers
 Taking orders from customers
 Controlling payments of purchased cars
 Controlling shipment of purchased cars
 Any other duties related to our business

Required skills

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

 A Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree
 Good communication skills
 Good team work in a multicultural environment
 Leave to stay in Japan for at least 3 years
 Excellent organizational skills, time management and self management
 Experience in sales is plus though not required

Conditions

Salary: 250,000~500,000 yen/month (based on performance)
Transportation: Up to 25,000 yen/month
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (can change depending on country)
Probation period: 2-6 month (salary during test period is 200,000 yen/month)
Overtime: Included in basic salary
Holidays: According to Japanese calendar
Bonus: Winter and summer bonus, based on sales performance
