Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to work with a Japan Based IT transformation company who is recognized by Gartner as one of the largest independent providers of third-party maintenance globally. We are looking for a hungry & ambitious Business Developer who will be taking over an existing territory but who will also seek to build new business within the Mid-market and Enterprise organizations in Korea.

We are ideally looking for an experienced Sales Executive with at least 5 years of experience within the IT vendor, consulting or IT services industry. Developing & implementing strategic sales plans, your proven track record in solution/services selling within the midmarket-sector will see you earning great commission!

You will be working within a sales function in our Japan office, focusing on business within Korea. You will be working in a fun, vibrant team with members from all across Asia Pacific.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing and engaging existing clients to drive further business growth.
• New business development – prospecting, identifying and building relationships with potential new clients and key decision makers.
• Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning
• Consulting with, and preparing proposals and quotes for, clients based on their needs
• Maintaining knowledge of the market and competitors

• Experience in Sales or account management role within IT industry
• Proven track record of sales performance
• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Commercially astute and abreast of new market trends


Salary:
• Attractive OTE package with uncapped commissions
