There is a (semi) full time teaching position available in Tokyo.
WING Inc., is looking for some candidates who have strong passion on early childhood education and be willing to adapt a particular teaching philosophy and method.

Job description: You will have maximum 16 English lessons a week. The lesson should be followed a particular teaching method and a curriculum with provided materials. You will also have some of nursery tasks outside of teaching hours.

Position: English teacher
Work place: Kindergarten/preschool

There are two types of work duties for this position
-First: Teaching at kindergarten
-Second: Substituting at our client schools with a request basis.
You will stay at your home and standby for a request. If you receive a request from us you will go to a requested school for teaching, However, you will not receive a request every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Wednesday afternoons. Frequency of its request is about 3 days a month. You will receive a request at least 1 day prior to work day.

Work Schedule:
- Mondays from 8:30am to 6:30pm (teaching)
- Tuesdays: on-call/standby (substituting: work time and location are depending on a request from a school)
- Wednesdays from 8:30am to noon (teaching), afternoon (on-call/standby)
- Thursdays: on-call/standby (substituting: work time and location are depending on a request from a school)
- Fridays from 8:30am to 6:30pm (teaching)

Holidays: Weekends, public holidays, seasonal vacation(summer, winter and spring)

Salary: Starting from 220,000yen/month (depends on your experience)
Benefit: Transportation expense

Requirement:
Must be a native English speaker
Must have some experience at a similer level of school in Japan (preschool/kindergarten)
Must attend the three days training in August
Must love children
Must be able to adapt a particular teaching method based on the training
Must be a team player

Japanese skills are plus
