Job Description
Coordinating a team responsible for the following, while ensuring quality and professionalism:
- Drafting and editing a wide variety of English-language PR documents (including press releases, FAQs, speeches, presentations and video scripts)
- Creating and adapting content (including photos and videos) for websites and social media platforms
- Answering press inquiries, planning and assisting executive interviews, and coordinating and handling events

We are a small international team working in a fast-paced and stimulating office environment in Tokyo. We handle English-language external communications (spoken and written) for one the world's leading automotive companies.
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent spoken and written English (particularly wording, nuance and clarity); attention to detail
- Experience working as part of a team; strong task management skills
- Ability to convey complex ideas in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Advanced Japanese (equivalent to JLPT Level 1)
- Interest in media, new media and social media
- Ability to work well under pressure
Preferable
- Professional Japanese to English translation experience
- Familiarity with (or general knowledge of) the automotive industry and automotive technology
- Experience working for or with media organizations
Working Hours
08:45-17:45 (includes 1 hour lunch break)
Other Salary Information
· Salary dependent on skills and qualifications.

· Includes commuting allowance (upper limit: 100,000 yen)
