Primary Responsibilities include:
•Management of SIM inventory and MIFI Devices
•Forecasting, supply chain planning and warehousing of SIMS and MIFI devices following Just In Time delivery
•Prepares monthly reports on SIMS and MIFI devices (dispensed, in stock, for order) and processes and follows-up with various partners for the same
•Handles provisioning of SIMS and activation of devices and dispenses these to sales team and agents
•Handles customer-related queries related only to SIM and device (SIM not functioning, device not functioning). All other customer inquiries to be directed to either Sales Agents or Customer Care hotline.

Key Activities/ Decision Areas:
•Understanding of supply chain management and Just In Time delivery
•Forecasting and operations planning skills are preferred

Daily Interaction With:
•Global Operations Head
•Sales and Operations Manager, Japan
•Sales Team and Sales Agents
•Country Finance Staff
•Country IT Staff
•NTT Com for SIM delivery
•Various MIFI vendors for devices

Knowledge and Experience:
•At least 3 – 5 years experience in operations and/or logistics
•Articulate, well versed in spoken and written English and spoken and reading Japanese
•Multi-tasker, can handle and juggle 3-4 major projects simultaneously
•With pleasing personality and a customer first mindset
•Skilled at negotiating, bargaining and leveraging company enterprise

Technical:
•Graduate of a reputable university / college; preferably, someone from a Business or IT background
•Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and Powerpoint
•At least 3-5 years experience in operations or logistics position
•Experience working in Japan is preferred
