The Live Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the our games never run out of new and engaging content for our customers.
This individual will be in charge of building comprehensive and in-depth event plans and overseeing their effective implementation. The Live Operations Manager must coordinate with the promotion and production teams to define events and promotion strategies in side our games, as well as monitoring the performance of events and their impact on player retention and revenue. Analyzing the products of competitors and carrying out bench-marking on best practices will be another important responsibility
Role Requirements:
• Plays our games extensively – on a daily basis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
• Good understanding of statistics.
As a Bonus:
• Fluency in Japanese.
