Description

A Japanese fluent Finance and Administration Assistant is required at Bristol Office of a well established Japanese company.

This post would be suitable for someone with fluent Japanese (verbal and written) with Accounting experience.

The main responsibilities but not limited to are: Assisting Accounting activities, e.g. Bookkeeping, Bank reconciliation, Cash flow monitoring, Petty cash, Financial statements (B/S, P&L, T/B, AR, AP), monthly and quarterly account reports to Head Office in Japan, cost allocation, VAT/ Corporation Tax returns.

You will also support the management with office administration, sales administration, Imp/Exp, data/ filing mangement.

Training is given upon joining at Japanese Head Office for the duration of 3-4 weeks.

You must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring work permit visa sponsorship by the employer.
