Administrative Assistant

In support of our Senior Management and to strengthen our administration function, we are now looking for an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant’s task include
- Scheduling of travel plans and making necessary arrangements
- Support arrangements for visiting executives and delegates from overseas
- Assist in all possible works like meetings, preparing documents and presentations
- Clerical duties typical to an office environment
Required Profile
- Good communicator and team worker
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and high patience level
- Good memory power
- Confident in argument and presentation
- Native Japanese with good English skills
- Confident user of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desirable
Experience working in an international environment, ideally with overseas experience
Experience in supporting IT projects
