Rise Global is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Academic Head for an exciting new young learner and elementary program in Tokyo, Japan:
Roles:
• Leads demo classes and regular classes during the pilot phase
• Gives presentations to new parents
• Leads any localization of the program for the Japanese market
• Coordinates the classes and programs.
• Communicates with teachers on regular basis.
• Submits Monthly Academic Coordination Report to Management Team
• Leads Weekly Meetings with teachers to provide full directions and changes
• Will provide training to teachers, support, and administrative staff
Requirements:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in education, however an M.Ed. is ideal
• Academic management experience is ideal
• Teaching experience in the Japanese market, ideally with kindergarten and elementary students
