Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
Prepare dough, following RECIPE.
Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
Operate charcoal grill including all preparation
Prepare and serve beverages.
Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
Clean, STOCK, and restock workstations and display cases.
Serve orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables.
Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers.
Order and take delivery of supplies.
Schedule activities, using information about daily menus to help coordinate cooking times.
Manage staff and special reservation / events, and possible catering outside the Grill.
Our inspiration is to offer the best sausages and beer in town. We source our sausages directly from a Butcher "Meister" in Kanagawa, and our beer is brewed by a German Brew "Meister" in his own brewery at Fuji Mountain. The value is clearly on original German quality and our German / Japanese / international customers visit us because of it. We see ourselves as ambassadors of Bavarian / South German culture in Japan and are currently a team of 4 German and 1 Japanese to serve about 1000 guests a month.
We are looking for a diligent and outgoing personality to drive the Bayern Grill who has at least 2 years of experience as chef or cook.
Commuting expenses will be reimbursed . Accomodation can be provided.
