Hired supply teachers will undergo training and will be introduced to teaching shifts through our scheduling software and can opt into phone/text shift alerts. Minimum hours are required bimonthly to keep credentials active. Credentials that lapse must be renewed before shifts become available again.
Classroom assistants have similar interests in working with native or near native level returnees and are responsible for helping the main classroom teacher (tidiness, keeping track of resources, decorating), providing support to predetermined students, and advocating for all learners in the classroom.
