Sparta English is a fast-growing, exciting English school with several locations in Tokyo. We have schools located in Shinjuku, Jiyugaoka, and Ginza and are currently hiring for all locations. Our 3-month program specializes in maximizing the speaking time of each student.

We are hiring Full-Time, but please contact us for Part-Time roles as well.

We are looking for teachers who:
1. Love to teach and have an outgoing and positive personality

3. Want to work in a fun and fast-paced environment

Applicants should speak at a native level.

【Job Description】
- teaching private lessons
- teaching group lessons
- teaching lessons to various corporations (dispatch)

【Hours of Operation】
Weekdays 10 am - 10 pm
Weekends 10 am - 6 pm
*Note: hours of operation may vary depending on the school

Shinjuku
Jiyugaoka
Ginza

【Requirements】
- able to work weekends/weekday nights
- are a native speaker/speak at a native level

【Visa Sponsorship】
Visa sponsorship is only available for those who are currently living in Japan on a valid visa.

【Salary】
Full Time (40 hours/week): 250,000~ per month

スパルタ英会話は、3ヶ月間の短期集中型プログラムをメインとする新宿にある英会話スクールです。私たちは、生徒が話す時間を最大化し、スピーキング力を効果的かつ効率的に向上させる英語環境をご提供しております。

【仕事内容】

- マンツーマンレッスン（ビジネス／日常会話／英語関連資格）
- グループレッスン（５名〜１５名程度）
- カリキュラムやレッスン作成（企画熱望）
- イベントやセミナー関連企画・実行

※ コンサルティングもできると評価した方々については下記のような業務もございます。

- 語学学習におけるコンサルティング
- スパルタカリキュラムにおけるコンサルティング
- お客様サポート
- 受付、メール処理、在庫管理などなど


【営業時間】

平日　　　：午前10時〜午後10時
週末／祝日：午前10時〜午後18時

【給料：職務経験によります】

フルタイム（40時間/週）：250,000円〜
パートタイム：1,800円
