Description

British School in Tokyo is looking for motivated individuals to support the students from kindergarten to junior high school in various nationalities in newly opening school in Azabudai, Minato-ku in Tokyo in late August.



Salary:

2,500 yen per ride (5,000 yen for two rides in the morning and afternoon)


Work location: 

1-7-57 Taishido, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo
*8-minute walk from "Sangenjaya" Tokyu Den-en-toshi line station
*School bus runs from the campus addressed above in Setagaya-ku to the other campus in Minato-ku



Working hours: 

①Morning 7:30-9:15 Afternoon 15:00-18:00 

②Morning 7:00-9:30 Afternoon 14:30-18:00 

Shift system [Monday-Friday] 5 days a week



Job Description:

Register the students in a system who use the bus on that date
Assist students in getting to and off the bus
Supervise them during transport
Transfer them to the correct parents or guardians
Looking for a few staff for this position

Qualifications:

No experience necessary
Ability to perform basic first-aid (school may provide it as necessary.)
Communication skills is required especially involving children, to ensure that students follow all safety regulations.
English proficiency (daily conversation level) is required.
Must be comfortable with handling equipment such as iPad, wifi router, school system. 
Double-work and work with dependents are welcomed
Long vacations in spring 2 weeks, summer 7-8 weeks, fall 1 week, and winter 3 weeks
Most of Japanese national holidays are working days
