We’re looking to add an Operations & Finance Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of hotels in Kyoto.
The office environment is primarily English, though our team is also fluent in Japanese. No previous hotel experience required, though it would help! We're looking for someone committed and passionate about redefining hospitality. We want risk-takers and outside the box critical thinkers.

YOUR MISSION is...
...to be the operational backbone of our hotels, this includes managing vendors, inventory, taxes online information and payments
...coordinate all financial activities within hotels including receivables, payables, reconciliations, monthly reports
...to setup bookkeeping & accounting processes using cloud software
...to assist with presentation materials such as pitch decks, market reports and other documents for both internal & external audiences
...and anything else it takes to help Wayfarer win in the long-term.
