Laurus International School of Science requires enthusiastic and experienced individuals for the position of Saturday school teacher for Preschool, Kindergarten, and Primary School aged students. Candidates must be native English speakers. Applicants should have a background in early childhood education and teaching experience in a school setting. Preference will be given to teachers currently in Japan with more than three years experience. Japanese language ability is not a requirement.

POSITION DETAILS for Saturday School Teachers
-General-
Teaching a combination of English communication, Literacy, Science and other STEM activities, Art and Crafts and Social Skills.
-Homeroom Teachers-
Primary School: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at our Primary Saturday School Campus, located in the Tokyo area. Primary school teachers are allotted 2.5 hours of preparation time each week, scheduled within school hours. Teachers are also required to monitor student progress through monthly assessments and issue report cards at the end of each term in September and March. Plenty of support is available from experienced teachers and a variety of online/offline documentation for teachers.
