Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will lead our Recruitment Services Sales Team. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving the team to achieve sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in both inbound and outbound sales activities, leveraging established client networks and building new ones.

Here's what the role involves:
- Lead, manage & mentor our team to effectivally execute our clients hiring strategies within the Japan Market.
- Manage the sales strategies for the recruitment services team
- Develop and implement growth planning to increase market share
- Negotiate Pricing and terms to meet finanical targets and deliver value to our clients.
- Supporting new product development and keep abreast of industry trends

To Succeed, you'll need:
- Proven experience within the recruitment or digital advertising space
- High level of language ability in English & Japanese
- Previous involvement in managing key accounts
- Proficiency in managing sales forecast both on an individual and team basis
- Proficiency in managing a team, as well as providing ongoing training and support

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary, + Comprehensive Sales & Compnay-wide Bonus sytem
- 5 Days a Week 7.5hr per Day
