1.We are looking for a teacher for our school.
Please see the requirements below:
-Hold University Degree(open to major)
-Hold teaching certificate
-Have at least 1 year teaching experience with Elementary level
-In Japan now and be able to start working in June
-Enthusiastic, thrive, and love working with Kids
2.Position Description
-Student level: 2-18 years old, some adults and returnees
-class size :1-7 students/class
-Work 5 days during Monday to Saturday (Sunday and Friday off)
-Lessons are conducted in the afternoon and evening
Working hours: Monday to Friday 13:00-21:00 (11:30-20:30)
Saturday 9:30-18:30
6-7 lessons/day
50-minutes/lesson
3.Salary and benefits
Base salary 250,000JPY- 275,000JPY
-National holidays are off and teachers have 3 periods of paid holidays.(Golden Week, Summer and Winter)
-After 6 months of work, teachers will obtain 10 paid holidays.
The number of paid vacation days increase along with years of service.
-Health insurance provided
-Supporting relocation and apartment search.
-training provided
-Yearly bonus 30,000 JPY
-Transportation expenses :within 15,000JPY

We do ask for some flexibility with regards to events such as field trips, camping, cooking, speech contest, etc.
