【Outline】
Bold Investment Co., Ltd. is a principal investment company that conducts M&A to expand as a group.
Currently, we are looking for a person who will be in charge of recruiting staff members in investment locations overseas.

【Job Description / Responsibilities】
Recruitment of staff members overseas
- Examine optimal recruitment methods in each location
- Contact human resource agents for executive search
- Create job descriptions
- Screen resumes
- Interview candidates online
etc.

【Requirements】
・English at a native level (education at an English-speaking institution)
・Japanese at a business-level (JLPT N2 or higher)

【Plus】
・2 years＋ of HR experience
・HR experience at a consulting or accounting firm

【Working Hours / Work Place】
・Mon - Fri, 9:00 ～ 18:00 / Akasaka, Tokyo
5 minutes walk from Akasaka station of Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line

【Holidays/ Vacations】
・Two days off on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays,
　Paid leave (10 days per year when hired as an employee)

【Salary】
・Annual Salary: ¥3.0M ~ ¥5.0M (payment for overtime work is included)
　Salary will be decided based on past work experience and skills
・Transportation costs will be provided apart from salary

【Employment Terms / Benefits】
・Starting as a contract employee（契約社員） for 6 months (3 months' trial period included)
A permanent employment is applicable followed by the contract period according to results
・Transportation costs, working overtime will be paid
・Unemployment insurance, health insurance, pension, worker's accident insurance
