MOTHERS inc. is operating 25 restaurants, and bakeries, all over Japan.
We are seeking restaurant kitchen / service staff at the boutique hotel in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima.

We will make various places attractive through the greatest food culture [食]. It’s important that the restaurant fits the city and is rooted in each area.
These days, we are demonstrating our ability to make hotels more attractive also.
We would like to make it with your great hospitality mind by all age, gender, nationality, background, global and local.

＜Restaurant Names & Locations＞
We are hiring for the restaurants below mainly. Assignments will be determined through interviews, etc.

・TATA
2 minutes walk from Tokyo station, Nihombashi Exit

- The restaurant offers a wide variety of Spanish-Mexican cuisine, including bite-sized original tacos, tapas, and authentic paella with a special emphasis on broth.
The lush open-air terrace seats give you a sense of openness like a cafe in Manhattan, New York. Many foreign-affiliated companies are located nearby, attracting international guests.

・MORETHAN SHINJUKU
in THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, 8 minutes walk from Tocho-mae station on Toei Subway Line

- Elegant two-storied restaurant in the modern hotel is in front of Shinjuku Central Park.
The 1st floor will be the dining cafe and bakery, The 2nd floor will be the main dining with Italian and meat dishes are the specialty.

・Pizzeria CANTERA
6 minutes walk from Harajuku Station

- This pizzeria offers a menu that focuses on ingredients such as freshly rubbed cured ham, PIZZA made of 100% whole wheat flour baked in an oven imported from Naples, and a wide variety of natural wines, and has won awards in the pizza category from 100 of the best restaurants in Japan.

＜Requirements＞
　・English： conversational level
　・Japanese： conversational level
　・Must currently reside in Japan
　・Proper Visa in Japan required.
　(Spouse, Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, Working-holiday, or Student and Dependant on work permit)

＜Position & Salary & Working hours＞
・Full Time Kitchen / service staff

Monthly salary will be ¥250,000 ~
(depends on your skill, and experience)

・+ monthly incentive (up to ¥30,000 / month depending on the company's performance)
・Bonus twice a year (Summer & Winter, half of the monthly base salary each time)

Monthly base salary ¥270,000 + Incentive ¥30,000 = Monthly Salary ¥300,000

*We are also looking for part-time staff
We have the promotion of the part-time employee to the executive position.
** Also, multiple locations and restaurants in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima!

Business hours and other details vary from store to store.

スパニッシュメキシカン料理をメインとし、一口サイズのオリジナルタコスや、タパス、出汁にこだわった本格的なパエリアまで、種類豊富なメニューを提供しています。
緑豊かなオープンエアのテラス席は、まるでN.Y マンハッタンのカフェのような開放感。付近には外資系企業も多く、インターナショナルなゲストが訪れます。

・MORETHAN Shinjuku
（THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku ホテル内、都営地下鉄大江戸線 都庁前駅 徒歩8分）
新宿中央公園すぐ近く。1Fはベーカリーとカフェスペースを併設したダイニング、2Fはお肉料理やイタリアンをメインにしたダイニングです。

・Pizzeria CANTERA (原宿駅 徒歩6分)
擦りたての生ハム、ナポリから輸入した窯で焼き上げた全粒粉１００％のPIZZA、種類豊富なナチュラルワインなど素材にこだわったメニューを提供し、国内百名店ピザ部門を受賞しているpizzeriaです。

　英語および日本語レベル：日常会話以上
　現在日本在住の方
　就労可能なビザをお持ちの方


・正社員　　

正社員：月給25万円 〜 (能力・経験により決定）
・毎月インセンティブ支給 (最大 3万円 / 月、会社業績による）
・ボーナス年2回 (夏・冬、基本月給の半額をそれぞれ支給）

上記新宿店舗以外にも、東京各地・京都・広島などで募集中です。
