Solutions Driven are thrilled to be working with our valued client in semiconductor manufacturing technologies. They are looking for an experienced and ambitious sales manager to lead their x-ray segment with a dual focus on business development and account management. This role requires a proactive approach—part "hunter," part "farmer"—to establish and nurture relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales cycle for high-value x-ray equipment sales ranging from several hundred thousand to a million dollars per sale.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, driving sales targets of several million USD annually.
Collaborate closely with the sales, application engineering, and service engineering teams to ensure seamless project handovers and customer satisfaction.

Degree in sales/business, engineering, or equivalent.
Several years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Technical acumen, ideally with a background in industrial x-ray or semiconductor-related equipment.
Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) and strong English language skills (listening and reading).

Additional Details:
Craft local sales and marketing strategies, reviewing contracts, and conducting commercial feasibility studies.
Conduct market analysis to inform short- and long-term forecasts.
Travel extensively.
Provide product training to customers, distribution partners, and trade fair attendees.
Work autonomously with flexibility in scheduling while maintaining readiness to respond promptly to business needs.
