We are currently seeking a full time Kitchen Manager at our kitchen located in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
Working Location:
1-55, 5 jo 19 chome
Hiragishi, Toyohira-Ku
Sapporo, Japan 062-0935
(5 minutes walk from Sumikawa station)
Essential Functions :
・Cooking from Scratch with love
・Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
・Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
・Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
・Preparing menus
Requirements:
・3 years of cooking experience.
・A valid driver's license in Japan (or expected to obtain one)
・Must have a valid visa to work in Japan.
・Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
・Must be able to live in the apartment provided by the school (free rent).
Working days & hours:
Mon-Thu 07:00~10:00 15:00~20:00 (8 hours/day)
Fri 07:00~10:00
Sun 15:00~20:00
