The position will require you to work with and support our guides, Kansai trainers, and our management team in Tokyo. You will be responsible for training programs, vendor relations and guest satisfaction. You will report to the General Manager and CEO, support the HR Coordinator and work closely with other members of the Arigato Japan team.
