Our company, a pioneer of UX in Japan, is seeking a motivated individual to support English-language communication with our overseas clients on UX/UI-related research projects. While experience in IT/UX is preferred, we also welcome applications from candidates who have experience as English instructors or are students attending Japanese colleges or language schools!

[Job Description]
- Assist in negotiations with overseas clients and support English-language communication
- Provide support in responding to email inquiries from overseas clients
- Offer translation support for English-language documents
- Checking English-language terminology and expressions in documents created by our UX researchers
- Supporting English-language presentations (content prepared by our researchers)

[We are looking for someone who]
- Has basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Has general business communication skills
- Is able to attend our office in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, (at least once per week, other days remote work may be possible)

[Working Days & Hours]
Monday to Friday (5 days of 3 hours each, between the time of 9am and 6pm)
Depending on the project, there may be instances where occasional weekend work, either in-office or remotely, is required.
