Hello! We are We Are Social. Our Tokyo office is looking for an Office Manager / Admin Officer in Tokyo, Japan.
Job Responsibilities:
o Handle full range of office administrative functions to ensure the office operation efficiency;
o Maintain office facilities and order office supplies;
o Arrange and book travel itinerary for team members;
o Organize company activities;
o Meet and greet company visitors;
o HR supports such as arranging interviews, new employee orientation and answering employee's questions about compensation and benefits;
o Finance supports such as bookkeeping, managing bills and expenses;
o Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
o Native Japanese speaker; intermediate English
o Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt)
o Non-allergic to Mac
o Good communication and problem-solving skills
o Can work under pressure with tight deadlines
o Three years' experience in a secretarial/admin role
o Three years' experience in Advertising agency
o Digital media experience is a plus
