Figs International School is located in Itami Hyogo pref.

Established in the year 2019, in this age of globalization and the development of information technology,the abilities required for children have changed dramatically.
We were established to help children to shine in the world in the future by providing them with a variety of approaches, not only English skill.

Children deserve to be in schools where they are safe and where they can imagine, create, and explore. Our independent curriculum is designed to do just that. We are currently looking for people to join

Part-time employment as soon as possible, with subsequent promotion to full-time. (In some cases, part-time employment during the period of use with the assumption of full-time employment.)


-Transportation covered (Up to 500yen)
-There will be 1~2months probational period


-Time : Mondays ~ Fridays 9:30-18:30
-Salary : 250,000 yen ~ 300,000/ month (1500 yen /hour during probation)

You will need to have:
- A current Japan visa that permits you to work.
- A positive and collaborative attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- A good command of both written and spoken English.
- Access to reliable transportation that will get you to work on time.
- Experience working in a customer service environment with proven and demonstrative skills.
- A passion to improve the education and care levels of children.
- A belief in and active support of diversity and inclusion programs.
- A belief in and awareness of the importance of bilingualism at any stage of life
- A flexible work ethic, we believe in TEAM SPIRIT to get things done.

*You will need to be both physically and mentally fit and be able to pass a medical examination prior to contracting.
