Description
New International School of Japan (NewIS) is looking for teachers for the 2022 Summer Program. Interested candidates must be capable of providing active learning experiences for students across the age ranges of 6 to 8 year-olds, 9 to 12 year-olds, and 13 to 17 year-olds in the Expressive Arts (visual arts, theater, music, photography, digital technology, or etc.). There must be a commitment to facilitating learning contexts in which students can apply and develop their English language skills. Experienced and qualified candidates only, please. If the successful candidates have children, they may be included in the program. Hrs. 9-3 Monday through Friday for 20 workdays and one prep meeting on July 6, the day prior to the start of the program.
