We are:

J's International School is a privately owned international school, providing high quality early learning and child care, for children from 15 months to six years old. We are looking for teachers who can assist in establishing and maintaining a safe, warm and caring environment in a Reggio-inspired environment. We are looking for someone who can help plan, develop and implement programs using inquiry-based philosophy.

You are:

Qualifications
* Have experience working with children between 15 months to six years old.
* Possess a valid visa to work in the child care industry
* Able to and plan on staying in Tokyo for at least one year (preferably more)
* Knowledgeable and/or experienced in various early childhood curriculum practices.
* Knowlege and experience with inquiry based curriculum or would like to learn inquiry based

* Well-developed problem solving skills
* Flexible and energetic approach to work
* Above average communication skills
* Positive and sensitive attitude towards children and other staff members
* Physically able to participate with children in centers and outdoors

* Well-developed problem solving and conflict-resolution skills
* Ability to use tact, discretion and good judgement
