Global Village International Preschool is now hiring. We are looking for teachers with a background in teaching children ages 2 - 6 years old.

Qualifications in early childhood, foundation stage and/or elementary education are preferred, but relevant experience and an ability to develop positive, and professional, relationships with children, parents, and other staff, is key.

Teaching is a creative profession and applicants should have an ability to plan and implement lessons, based on our curriculum and targets, that fit the needs of each unique child. We do not just teach English, we provide an early childhood education in English. Applicants should be confident and capable of facilitating young children's ongoing learning and development, incorporating a variety subjects.

Our first school was founded in northern Osaka, in 2001. We now have three well established schools in the area. We offer an international, early childhood education to children and continue to support our graduates with a dedicated after school programme. We are officially recognised Cambridge English Test preparation centre, specialising in young learners.

Requirements:
- Native level English speakers
- Extensive experience with small children (Preferably in an English preschool setting) or/and a qualification in early childhood education.
- Flexibility to work both individually and as part of a large team.
