Interlink is currently looking for a professionally minded, customer service oriented, motivated Relocation Consultant for a fast paced real estate and relocation company in Nagoya. The primary focus of the position will be to coordinate and assist clients with all aspects of their relocation to Japan to ensure that their move to Japan is smooth and seamless.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service, management and/or sales background plus a business level knowledge of Japanese.
Knowledge and/or experience in the Nagoya area is preferred. Candidates with CIR experience and additonal foreign language skills will be given special consideration.
Position: Relocation Consultant
Work Location: Aichi, Nagoya, Naka-ku, Sakae
Compensation: 275,000 to 325,000 yen per month. Compensation is negotiable based on relevant experience and skill set.
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch break). Work hours and days will need to be flexible and will be determined and set based on clients needs
Primary Role: To coordinate and assist clients with all aspects of their relocation to Japan
Specific Tasks:
• To enthusiastically provide comprehensive client service and support for clients relocating to Japan
• Network to further develop the Interlink brand
• Responsibility for carrying out Interlink administrative related work as required
• Coordination of Interlink schedule
• To interact with corporate contacts and intermediary
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
• Outgoing, friendly and personable
• Knowledge of the local area preferable
• Minimum 2 year college degree with a 4 year degree preferred
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Business level Japanese or better
• Native level English skills
• Sales skills and experience preferred
• Minimum of two years work experience in Japan
• Experience living and/or working abroad
• Must be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work to a schedule, and manage own time effectively to meet deadlines
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills
• Must be resourceful and able to work both individually as well as a team member
