Description
Nichii Gakkan Company is looking for professional and enthusiastic English Instructors for our recently established and rapidly expanding COCO Juku & COCO Juku Jr. English schools.
Position: English Instructor
One year contract, renewable.
Prospective candidates:
- Have an interest in Japanese culture and working with Japanese people
- Are able to work for a minimum of one year
- Have excellent communication skills and are eager to learn new things
- Are patient, friendly and flexible
- Are careful and thoughtful
- Domestic and Overseas candidates welcome
Requirements:
- Native English level from Native English Speaking Country
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Desirable:
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA experience or equivalent certificate desired but not necessary.
- English teaching experience desired but not necessary
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Teach students following the company`s curriculum and teaching methodology effectively, offering attractive lessons for students
- Evaluate students properly
- Complete and update daily teaching records
- Counsel students about contract renewals and future courses
- Attend the required meetings, seminars and other activities
- Be loyal and cooperative to the employer

Salary: Full-time native English teachers: JPY 250,000-265,000/month + incentives
