Description: Kenya Branch Manager.

We are looking for a person interested in joining our sales team for a management position in our Mombasa branch. We export used cars, heavy machinery and spare parts to different parts of the world.

【Working time】
◎Tuesday to Saturday.
◎Work alternative Monday
◎9:00～18:00 (while working in Japan). Adjusted later when at Kenya to match Kenya's law requirements.

【Working place for training in Japan】
Three month's training in our headquarters in Tokyo.
◎TK Monzennakacho building 8F, 1-2-13 Etsujima, Koto-ku, Tokyo
◎3~5 minutes walking from 3 station : Monzennakacho Station of Tozai Line and Toei Oedo Line or Echujima Station of JR Keiyo Line

After three months will be relocated to Mombasa branch based on evaluation results.

【Work】
◎Contact customers by e-mail, phone and other methods to increase the company's customers portfolio using our data base and also by your own methods.
◎Sell used cars, heavy machinery and parts while providing excellent customer service.
◎Assist customers during the export and import process.
◎Manage sales staff in the branch.

【Preferable Qualification】
◎Swahili: Native level
◎English : Business level or above
◎Japanese : Conversational or above
◎Personality : Positive, creative, easy going, cooperative, honest and responsible.

【Salary】
◎Trial: 3 months
Fixed salary + Transportation ->230,000 ~ 250,000 Yen (all included and depending on experience).

◎Full-time: After trial evaluation passed successful candidate will be relocated to Mombasa.
Basic salary ->80,000～120,000JPY (depending on experience and trial results) + Incentive + Allowance <Family・Housing・Transportation>


【Holiday】
◎Summer holidays, New Year holidays and Golden Week (while working in Japan). Adjusted later when at Kenya to match Kenya's law requirements.
◎Yearly total holidays : 113 days plus yearly paid days off according to Japanese Law (while working in Japan). Adjusted later when at Kenya to match Kenya's law requirements.
