ファーストラーニングは、新しくオープンする予定の松戸スクールのため、将来的には松戸スクールを率いることになるスクースタッフを探しています。私たちと一緒に、ファーストラーニングを生徒たちにとってエキサイティングでダイナミックな場所にしてみませんか？

ファーストラーニングは１歳から１２歳までの子供たちのための英語学校です。

私たちは、生徒たちが自然と英語を聞きとり話すことのできる心地よい環境を目指しています。

レッスンでは、外国人教師とバイリンガルの日本人教師が一緒に組み、チームワーク重視の仕事環境を大切にしています。

５月２１日の松戸スクールオープンの前に、まずは南流山でトレーニングをすることになります。

給料：
3ヶ月のトレーニング/見習い期間は18万円/月からスタート
その後の給料は22万～25万の間で、あなたのパフォーマンスに応じて決定されます。

勤務日/時間
５日間/週:　学校のスケジュールによる（日曜＋１日休み）
9:00～18：00（通常スケジュール）*学校のスケジュールによって異なる（早く終わる可能性も）

"First Learning" is opening a new school in Matsudo and we are looking for a new School Leader to join and in the future lead our Matsudo school. Join us in making First Learning an exciting and dynamic environment for our students.

First Learning is an English school for children, age from 1 to 12 years old.
We want to nurture our students in a comfortable English-speaking environment where they both listen to and speak English in a natural way.

Foreign teachers and bilingual Japanese teachers work in the lessons together, so we think teamwork focused work environment is important.

This position will initially work in Minami-Nagareyama for training, prior to the opening of our Matsudo school on May 21st.

We expect our staff...

・ to create an environment, which our students can learn comfortably
・ to give children interesting and fun experiences
・ to prepare and assist classes
・ to be punctual
・ to be willing to work as a team
・ have good understanding of cultural differences
・ to assist and support other staff and teachers
・ to provide student and parent care and support
・ to lead / participate in parent meetings

Salary:
Starting at ¥180,000 per month during the 3 months training /probation period.
After this period the salary will be decided upon (¥220,000 - 250,000) depending on your performance.

Working days and time:
・ 5 days - depending on school schedule (sundays and one other day off)
・ 09:00 to 18:00 regular schedule, though is semi-flexible depending on school schedule (may finish early)
