- Perform recruitment Sales and Business Development
- Screen and assess talents and build long-lasting relationship with key consultants
- Proactively engage in client management with existing and future clients
- Manage client's hiring requirements by gathering and processing ideal profiles for the practice and effectively coaching recruiters from the delivery team
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with the candidates and future talents to make the process of placements smooth and seamless.
- Meet monthly sales target assigned by the team leader alongside developmental targets reviewed during the company's performance review
- Provide support to the business by managing relationships with key clients and support development of the business by performing outstanding account management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or Tertiary Education
- Background in Sales and Business Development is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English are required
- Pro-active and driven personality and is willing to work in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting targets/goals
