Description: Native Language Teacher

Uegently we're looking for a dedicated teacher who can start in Oct. 2012.
Renewable yearly contract, 20-25 teaching classes/week.
Teach at an elementary school in Kashima city.
You are the leading teacher using an unique system.(PLS system)
Trainings and teaching materials are provided.

Responsibilities in addition to teaching are lesson planning, record keeping, and interacting with students and homeroom teachers. Communicative Japanese ability is required to have meetings with Japanese teachers. It is required to attend meetings at our office, trainings/seminars in Tokyo or in Kashima several times a year, school events like sports day or open class day eikaiwa events like summer camp, halloween, speech contest. Sometimes it's held on weekend.

We welcome a person who is good at communication, organized, flexible, and wants
to keep learning to improve your teaching skill.
BA/BS, teaching experience in Japan, knowing children's educational development,
basic word/excel skill, driving permit in Japan are essentional.

Proper working visa and drivers' license is necessary as this position starts soon.
Health insurance benefit after a year of working in Japan.
Lend a company car to commute.
Help to find an apartment, key money is paid by the company.
Fixed 2 weeks each of summer, winter holidays with pay and some additional holidays.

Position start from October 2012 to take over from previous teacher and start teaching from 2nd trimester.
