**Wanted! Team Leader for a lively and international café/bar in Nippombashi!**

Who are we?

Located in Osaka's heart, our bar blends Japanese and international staff, serving a diverse menu of local and global food and drinks. From birthdays to themed events, we celebrate with our loyal regulars and tourists alike. Come and join our vibrant community for the best of Osaka in a welcoming atmosphere!

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years bartending/hospitality experience
Strong spoken English and Japanese
Must be able to work at least 4 evenings a week - open-close, with breaks (18:30-26:30)
Warm, energetic, and open personality
Strong communication skills
Flexible and adaptable
Japanese or Foreigner ok!

What are the responsibilities?

Making and serving food and drinks.
Cleaning the bar at the end of the night.
Maintaining stock and communicating with staff if there are ever any problems or shortages.
Engaging with customers and making sure they are happy and their needs are met.
Ensuring that each customer leaves the bar with only the happiest memories of their evening.
Teaching and training staff, helping the team to grow.
Sharing ideas for events, new items on the menu, and more.
Contributing to the bar’s active social media presence with stories and posts.
Attending and helping lead monthly staff meetings.

*Our team currently has 3 foreign staff and 3 Japanese, and there are usually 2 staff working each evening.
