◆Company
This is a training school for interpreters and translators. Established by renowned interpreters in Japan, it offers a practical curriculum developed from the firsthand experience of interpreters and translators, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.


◆ Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee various responsibilities, including class management, student counseling, and course support.


◆Duties & Responsibilities
⋆Class management tasks:
　　・Distributing teaching materials via BOX cloud
　　・Handling student enrollment
　　・Administering tests
⋆Coordinating with instructors on course materials and assessments
⋆Planning and managing student acquisition
⋆Organizing events to attract new students
⋆Corresponding with students for counseling and event organization
⋆In charge of one of the following courses:
・Interpreter training, Translator training, English language training, Chinese language 　　　
training
⋆Initial support provided by the team leader and staff
⋆Organizing events like level checks and trial lessons during student recruitment
⋆Conducting seminars exclusively for enrolled students, alongside other staff members


◆ Who We're Looking For
⋆Experience working in a language school or vocational college, involving curriculum planning, selecting teaching materials, and managing interactions with students and instructors.
⋆Experience in training interpreters and translators, as well as individuals involved in interpretation and translation.
⋆Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) work and coordination.
⋆Experience in planning and organizing events.


◆ Working Hours
⋆9:30-21:15 (Prescribed working hours: 7 hours 0 minutes) (Shift system)
⋆Shifts: 9:30-17:30, 11:15-19:15, 13:15-21:15, 12:15-20:15
⋆Break time: 60 minutes
⋆Overtime availability: yes
⋆Saturday: Shift system *Regular working hours per day: 7h.


◆Salary
⋆Monthly (basic salary): ¥220,000 - ¥250,000 (depending on ability and experience)
⋆¥4,000,000 - ¥4,600,000 (with 25h of overtime per month)


◆Holiday Leaves
⋆122 days off, Refreshment Leave (3 days), Year-end and New Year holidays (12/30 - 1/4), Congratulation or Condolence Leave
⋆12 days off granted after six months of employment
＊Paid holidays in the first year of employment vary depending on the month of employment (12 days from April to September, 8 days from October to December, 6 days from January to March).
