The Property Management Division of Kairos Marketing Corporation, a real estate company is seeking property management staff.

- Main duties
Rental Brokerage Services
Rent management: Payment confirmation, rent collection, remittance to owners, etc.
Correspondence to tenants: Recruiting tenants, requesting donations from rental brokers, various procedures (pre-tenant screening, rental contracts, etc.) Arrangements for repairs to room facilities, acceptance of tenants moving out, etc.
Other clerical work: monitoring and updating move-ins and move-outs, taking property photos, attending move-outs, arranging for lock changes, patrolling managed properties, etc.
The area of responsibility is Tokyo and three prefectures, and is divided by work in teams, not by property.
- Salary
Monthly salary: 260,000 yen~ + various allowances + bonus*
Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime (47,800 yen). Excess amount will be paid separately.
During the probationary period (3 months), the employment status is contract employee and the monthly salary is 240,000 yen (including 44,100 yen for 30 hours of fixed overtime).
Annual salary for the first year is about 3.5 to 5 million yen (including 2 bonuses* per year) *Bonuses are based on performance.
- Working hours
10:00-19:00 (8 hours per day, 60 minutes break) Overtime: 10-20 hours per month on average
- Vacations
2 days off per week (Wednesday and one other day), GW vacation, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, congratulation or condolence leave, anniversary leave, paid vacation, etc.

【給与】

※試用期間(3ヶ月)中の雇用形態は契約社員とし、月給240,000円(固定残業代30時間分44,100円を含む)
