•Prompt, courteous services for English and Chinese speaking patients from around the world such as setting & managing appointments, answering patient questions, and assisting in communication with Japanese staff

•Translating, editing, and proofreading materials such as documents, webpages, test results, forms, and medical letters from Japanese to English and Chinese

•Coordinating with English and Chinese-speaking businesses to assist Oak Clinic patients with international services and maintain company contacts

〇Secretary and General Affairs Duties:
・Providing general support to the Clinic director and other board members
・Managing schedules and arranging business trips
・Handling telephone calls and assisting clients both within and outside the clinic
・Organizing various documents and processing mail
・Taking meeting minutes and creating various documents
・Conducting literature searches and research
・Creating presentations and various materials
・Performing other general affairs duties

〇Work Place : Osaka city(Oak clinic, Sumiyoshi)

〇Work days: Approximately 5 days in a week（including Sat. and Sun.)
※Work day is determined by shifts in duty.
Shift hours　8 hours per day
Basic shift: 8:30-17:30/60 min. break

The following shifts are also available
11:00-20:00/60 min. break
8:30 - 20:00 / 210 min. break (Intermission allowance paid separately)
