Position
The Children’s Education Section primarily makes contracts with privately owned kindergartens and nursery schools to provide an English program for their students. We dispatch foreign teachers to teach lessons to students aged 1-6 across Japan. The Tokyo office is responsible for contracts in East Japan: Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Yamanashi, and Shizuoka.

Main responsibilities:
💮 Recruiting part-time teachers
💮 Training and ongoing teacher support
💮 Observation of classes and maintaining performance records
💮 Administrative duties
💮 Class scheduling
💮 On-call duty for weekdays and seasonal weekends
💮 Participating in management plans and team projects
💮 Teaching on average 2 mornings or afternoons per week

Working Details
10:00 - 18:00 (1-hour break) Monday through Friday (35 hours/week)
Occasional weekends/holidays required

Requirements
✔️ Proactive and flexible in a fast-paced office environment
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented
✔️ Comfortable with Japanese daily communication (80% English, 20% Japanese)
✔️ Confident using a computer (Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, etc.)
✔️ Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
