Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analytics and Operations Specialist to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting data-based decision-making and supporting the growth and success of our talent. You will actively collect and analyze data on potential, current, and former employees, lead candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding/offboarding processes, and collaborate with HR managers and operational roles to align with our business culture and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Management: Collect and analyze data concerning all employees to inform talent and succession objectives.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes for all positions. Implement recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to attract top talent.

Strategy Development: Finalize and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Strategy, addressing key business problems, strengthening our employment brand, and improving data utilization.

Employer Branding: Develop and enhance our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by creating and updating brand assets, and promoting them across various channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide guidance on screening and selection, and assist with workforce and succession planning.

Systems and Processes: Develop technological solutions for efficient candidate engagement and data management, and report on employment market trends.

Leadership and Development: Actively engage with employees at all levels, demonstrate ethical and future-oriented leadership, and commit to ongoing professional development.
