Ideal candidates for Operations Associates can think on their feet; are disciplined & organized; have grit & perseverance; enjoy trying new approaches & changing things; are open to feedback, direct communication, and are tech-savvy.
Role:
Deliver and meet higher expectations of guest needs
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Answer questions and address complaints in timely and professional manner
Assist the operations team to refine and document processes, implement operational improvements, product collaborations, tech systems and automations
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Other duties as assigned by management
Working hours are on shift basis for 9 hours (with 1 hour break)
2 regular days off per week
Career progression: Ops Associate Ops Specialist Ops Lead.

① 8:00am- 5:00pm (Including 1hour break)
② 2:00pm - 11:00pm (Including 1hour break)
③ 4:30pm - 1:30am(Including 1hour break/stay-over)
*These are basic shift times, but there are others you may be asked to take.*
****We are hiring for both part (Osaka and Kyoto) and full (Kyoto) time positions.****
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration
Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (at least N3)
Proficiency in written and spoken English
1 year of Front Office/Guest Service experience is preferred
Must be living in Japan with a valid visa/working status
