English Summer Camp 2024

[Introduction]
NOVA Holdings is looking for flexible, energetic, passionate, open-minded, creative and professional English Teachers to participate in English Summer Camps for Junior High School students. There are three different locations, Nagano Takeshi, Nagano Karuizawa and Chiba Iwai.

The theme of the camp is Cross-Cultural Exchange.

This is a fun English Camp teaching opportunity for those looking for work during the summer holiday period.

[Responsibilities]
*Camp Teachers will lead groups of students ages 12-13 in various activities, English presentations, games, outdoor activities, song and dance and more!
*Follow instructions given by the Camp Leader or Japanese staff.
*Leading by example by participating in all activities.
*Making sure by the end of the day, that all the goals are met.
*Safety of the students while at the camping facilities.
*Preparing materials to ensure the students have an amazingly fun English Camp experience.

[Camp Information]
*The Summer Camp positions are from July 20TH to August 9th.
*Teachers will stay at the camp facilities.
*Each Camp Session is for 3 days and 2 nights.
*All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.
(Facilities can not provide meals for vegan, meals for allergies, or meals for each religion)
*Note, rooms and bathing facilities will be shared with other teachers.

[Transportation]
*Shinkansen, buses, and trains are fully covered within the Tokyo Region from your nearest station to the Tokyo Station.

[Remuneration]
Starting from *45,000 per Session

[Camp Sessions]
There are many positions available for each camp location.
*Session A: July 20th – 22nd
*Session B: July 22nd – 24th
*Session C: July 24th – 26th
*Session D: July 26th – 28th
*Session E: July 28th – 30th
*Session F: July 30th – 1st
*Session G: July 1st - August 3rd
*Session H: August 3rd – 5th
*Session I: August 5th – 7th
*Session J: August 7th – 9th

[Working Session Conditions]
*Day 1 Start: 13:00 -18:00
*Day 2 Start: 08:00 -17:00, 19:00 - 20:00
*Day 3 Start: 08:00 - 11:30
*Please be aware that Camp times may change during your camp stay to adjust according to the school’s schedule.

[Requirements]
*Laptop/Tablet/iPad
*Bluetooth Speaker.
*Native/Fluent English speaker.
*A 5-minute PowerPoint presentation about your country of origin.
*Bachelor’s degree/Teaching Certificate
*Teaching experience.
*Valid residence/visa status.
*Professional attitude, team player, flexible, cheerful, and energetic!
*Currently living in or adjacent to Tokyo.
*Must be willing to stay overnight at the camping locations.
