【Teach English in Miyagi this April!】
Borderlink, Inc. is now hiring for Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) positions in Shiroishi City, Miyagi Prefecture. These positions will start from April 2024, but we are accepting applications immediately. If you are looking to relocate to the Shiroishi area, we can assist you. Please read on for more information.

Shiroishi is located between the larger cities of Fukushima and Sendai, connected to both by the Tohoku line. The Tohoku Shinkansen also has a stop in the city (Shiroishi-Zao), making it a great place for those interested in traveling north or south. Natural sights in the area include the Zao Mountain Range (the southern peak of Mount Zao falls within the city's borders) and the Shiroishi River. Local attractions include Shiroishi Castle, Kamasaka Spa, and the Mausoleum of the Katakura Clan. For the adventurous, there is also the area's most famous attraction: Miyagi Zao Fox Village, called the "Cutest place on Earth," and home to a wide range of wild foxes. Shiroishi has nine public elementary schools and five public junior high schools, and they're waiting for you. Make Shiroishi your teaching destination for 2024.
